Integrate authentication, connect a small number of clinics, and replace JSON mocks with real APIs while keeping the core UI intact.

Phase 2 – Multi-clinic rollout

Roll out the multi-clinic selector and revenue dashboards to additional locations, adding basic role-based access control.

Phase 3 – Deeper AI workflows

Wire the AI assistant into live data for follow-ups, summaries, and proactive prompts triggered by patient behaviour.

Future verticals

Because presets live in config and data modules, new verticals such as mental health clinics, fertility clinics, or allied health networks can be layered on with minimal UI refactor.
